Slik D : Summer Vibes
“Summer Vibes” by west coast artist Slik D could not be named any better. Well, maybe something along the lines of “Awesome Summer Vibes” but that wouldn’t be too modest.
This EP rings in at 6 tracks and a short outro, three of them produced by Slik D himself. All of these tracks give off great, relaxed vibes — the kind that makes you want to grab your bags and run away to California. On “Summer Vibes,” Slik D features a variety of guest artists to keep things fresh and interesting, including Eponym, half of the hip hop duo Eponym & Esta. Not that Slik needs all of these guests to keep things interesting; he’s got a great uplifting flow that’ll help you kick back, and the production on “Sick of Love” & “Picture Perfect” show he’s a talented producer too.
